Jort Gaartman

Jort Gaartman has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Jort is currently working at Global Enterprise Partners since 2019, where they have held various roles including Sales Team Manager, Associate Sales Team Manager, Team Lead, and Senior Recruitment Consultant. In their role as a Senior Recruitment Consultant, they specialized in supplying specialist consultants in the ERP freelance market and had additional responsibilities such as training and coaching trainee consultants, KPI management, market mapping, key account management, and setting business standards. Prior to their current role, Jort worked as a Recruitment Consultant and Associate Recruitment Consultant at the same company.

Before joining Global Enterprise Partners, Jort owned their own company called JG Sports from 2015 to 2022. Jort also worked as a Hoofdtrainer at MHCU from 2010 to 2018, and as a Barman at Notellebar from 2011 to 2015.

Jort Gaartman attended Inholland University of Applied Sciences, where they studied Business Studies. After completing their studies at Inholland, they enrolled in the Bonhoeffer College for an unspecified degree. Finally, they returned to Inholland Amsterdam in 2014 to pursue further studies in Business Studies, which they completed in 2018.
