Sue Whittaker is an accomplished book author currently with Pickwick/Wipf and Stock since August 2021. Previously, Whittaker served as an adjunct professor of ethnomusicology at Liberty University and worked as an ethnodoxologist with ARTISTS FOR COMMUNITY TRANSFORMATION INTL, where research and encouragement of local artistic believers were emphasized. Whittaker facilitated the VCJF course for Operation Mobilization and also contributed as a tutor in ethnomusicology at Fuller Theological Seminary. Whittaker founded and directed the North Valley School of the Arts, nurturing 270 students in music, art, dance, and drama. Whittaker has a strong educational background, holding a Doctor of Intercultural Studies from Fuller Theological Seminary and a Doctor of Musical Arts from the University of Arizona, alongside degrees from Roosevelt University in music education and piano performance.
