Stephan Fournier

Stephan Fournier has extensive work experience in various roles and positions. Stephan started their career in 1983 as an Officer in Telecommunication for the Canadian Arm Forces. In this role, they led teams in establishing field communications, operated communication centers, and worked on national information system projects. Stephan also participated in an international integration and standardization program. In 2003, they joined Bishop's University as a Lecturer and worked there until 2012. Since 2007, they have been with Global Excel Management Inc., where they have held several director-level positions, including Director Information Systems and Director IS/IT. Currently, they are the Director Global Project and Governance.

Stephan Fournier obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Polytechnique Montréal, where they studied from 1984 to 1988. Later, they pursued further education and completed their Master's Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the Royal Military College of Canada/Collège militaire royal du Canada, where they attended from 1994 to 1996.
