Gavin Shetly has over 10 years of experience in the technology industry. Gavin Shetly started their career at KPMG as an Associate in the Technology Transformation group. Gavin then moved to Tesco and was the IT Director for General Merchandise Online, Clothing and UI. Gavin Shetly then became the IT Director for Sports at Betfair. After Betfair, they became the Director of Technology & Product - Sports at Paddy Power Betfair. Most recently, Gavin Shetly was the Global VP Product Engineering at IKEA Group from June 2019 to March 2022.

Gavin Shetly has a wealth of experience in leading technology teams and transformation projects. Gavin has successfully delivered multiple large-scale projects on time and under budget. Gavin Shetly is a strategic thinker who can see the big picture and develop creative solutions to complex problems.

Gavin Shetly completed a BSc in Psychology & Management Studies at the University of Leeds.
