Edward Jones II

Edward Jones II is the founder of Beyond the Field Program, LLC, where Edward created and facilitated The Player Development Conference and publishes a weekly newsletter with 447 subscribers. An accomplished author, Edward has sold 171 copies of "The Beyond the Field: The Player Development Guide" and hosts the popular podcast "The Player Development Pod," boasting 125 episodes and over 141,000 listens. Edward also facilitates college and career workshops for Great Jobs KC and serves as a board member for Global FC. Previously, Edward held significant roles in player development at Baylor University and the University of Kansas, achieving notable academic results and community impact initiatives, along with experience at the University of Houston and various high schools as a teacher and coach.
