Dee Russell-Thomas

Dee Russell-Thomas is the current VP of Professional & Organizational Development at Global Goodwill Ambassadors. Dee has an extensive work history in organizational development and educational consultancy. Dee has worked with the Education Development Trust, the British Council, and DGRT Educational Consultancy LTD. In their previous position as VP of Professional & Organizational Development at GGA, Dee was responsible for developing and implementing programs that improve the quality of life for individuals and communities around the world.

Dee Russell-Thomas has a Bachelor of Education with Honours from Newcastle University in General Art Studies and Ceramics, The Theirtory, Sociology and Psychology of Education. Dee also has an Advanced Dioloma in Educational Studies from the University of Bristol in Social Anthropology and Counselling. Dee has a Distinction in Teaching English to Adults from Sydney College of English, NSW Australia in Teaching English as a Second or Foreign Language/ESL Language Instructor. Dee has a Master of Arts - MA from the University of Bristol in Guidance and Counselling. Dee has an Introduction to PhD research from the University of Gloucestershire in The school as a safe support system for students to disclose sexual abuse. Dee also has TEFLA from the University of Gloucestershire in Teaching English as a Foreign Language to Adults and Students. Dee is certified by Global Goodwill Ambassadors (GGA) in Critical Thinking Skills for Professionals and by Creative Education in Spot and Support Speech, Language and Communication Needs.
