Xinxing Nova Li

Xinxing Nova Li currently serves as the China Representative and Special Advisor to the Director General at the Global Green Growth Institute since February 2024. Previously, from May 2017 to April 2024, Xinxing held the position of AIIB-EBRD Business Development Associate Director at the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, where responsibilities included representing the EBRD in China and overseeing a team focused on business development with the AIIB and Chinese investors across 38 economies. Xinxing's extensive experience also includes senior advisory roles at the African Development Bank and various positions within the EBRD, as well as a technical officer role at the International Labour Organization. Xinxing's educational background encompasses an MPhil in Development Studies from the University of Cambridge, a Master's in Public Policy and Management from Tsinghua University, and a Bachelor's in Public Management from Xiamen University, among other academic qualifications.
