Unsia Hussain

Unsia Hussain currently serves as Impact Manager at The King's Trust since May 2024 and has held a consultant and researcher role at Global Health 50/50 since September 2020. Previously, Unsia was a Monitoring and Evaluation Officer at the University of East London from April 2023 to May 2024 and at Beat from June 2022 to April 2023. In 2022, Unsia contributed as an LSE Mentor for a Virtual Summer Consultancy Project at Practera. Earlier experience includes Program Coordinator at Mediate BC from December 2020 to December 2021, and Knowledge Translation & Data Reporting Assistant at Dr. Peter Centre from January 2020 to April 2020. Additionally, Unsia worked as a content writer from December 2017 to December 2019 and served as a Student Ambassador at The London School of Economics and Political Science from December 2018 to August 2019. Educational qualifications include a MSc in Development Studies from LSE and a BA in Politics, Philosophy, and Economics from the University of Reading, along with an International Baccalaureate Diploma from the American International School in Abu Dhabi.
