Eli Ramamonjisoa

Eli Ramamonjisoa currently serves as the Coordonateur pays du Projet de plaidoyer budgétaire at Global Health Advocacy Incubator since September 2023. Previously, Eli held the position of Conseiller en Financement de la santé at Palladium from July 2017 to March 2024, and also worked as a Conseiller Senior en Financement de la Santé at Palladium: Make It Possible for the same duration. Eli's extensive experience includes strategic support to the Ministère de la Santé Publique in the development and implementation of national health financing strategies and investment frameworks. Eli has also served as a Consultant senior for the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) in late 2023, and held leadership roles at UNICEF in Côte d'Ivoire and the Central African Republic, focusing on health, nutrition, and emergency management. Eli's educational background includes certifications from organizations such as the World Health Organization, the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine, and a doctorate in medicine from Université de Madagascar.
