Vietnam Coordinator at Global Health Advocacy Incubator

Tran BichPhuong possesses extensive experience in public health and program management, currently serving as the Vietnam In-Country Coordinator for the Road Safety Program at Global Health Advocacy Incubator since July 2020. Prior roles include consulting in program development and management since May 2018, and coordinating policy advocacy for the International Agency for Prevention of Blindness from September 2014 to May 2018. Tran has also held leadership positions at the Center for Health and Community Development, managed policy advocacy at Abt Associates for USAID, and developed health projects with The Atlantic Philanthropies. Early career highlights include serving as a Program Officer at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services and providing administrative support at the British Embassy in Hanoi. Tran BichPhuong holds a Master of Public Health from Queensland University of Technology, attained in 2008.
