Ephram Lustgarten has extensive experience in the real estate industry, with a focus on strategic initiatives and distressed investing. Ephram worked as the Managing Director of Strategic Initiatives at Global Holdings Management Group, where they led the expansion into new areas and built a diverse portfolio of assets. Prior to that, they served as Vice President of Real Estate Private Equity at Starwood Capital Group, overseeing distressed workout situations and real estate development projects. Ephram also worked at Credit Suisse, where they gained underwriting experience and closed billions of dollars in real estate lending transactions. Additionally, they had roles at KPMG, McKinsey & Company, and Procter & Gamble, providing him with a well-rounded background in private equity transaction due diligence and management consulting.
Ephram Lustgarten earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Real Estate and Finance from The Wharton School in 2006. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Ethics, Politics & Economics from Yale University in 2000. Ephram also received their High School Diploma from Horace Mann School in 1996.
