Jade Phelan

Jade Phelan has extensive work experience dating back to 2005. Jade started their career at Dillards as a Management Intern where they assisted area sales managers with daily tasks. Jade later became an Area Sales Manager where they prepared employee schedules, created daily reports, merchandised several departments, and developed a sales plan. In 2008, they joined Global Client Solutions as a Contracts Analyst, where they were responsible for the production of contracts and new account setup for customers, managed the contract review process, and performed all applicable due diligence for each new client. In 2010, they started working at Global Holdings as a Legal Analyst, where they investigated and responded to consumer complaints filed with regulatory agencies and provided support to outside counsel with preparation for hearings and settlement negotiations. Jade was later promoted to Legal Department Manager where they managed the team responsible for the preparation, distribution, and maintenance of all corporate contracts. In 2022, they were promoted to Director of Legal Department.

Jade Phelan received a Bachelor of Science degree in Apparel Merchandising from Oklahoma State University from the year 2003 to 2007. Further education history is not provided.
