James Hawes

James Hawes has over 18 years of experience in software development, primarily in leadership and management roles. Currently, they serve as the Director of Software Engineering at Global Holdings. Previously, they held the role of Director of Software Development at U.S. Payments, where they worked for four years. Prior to that, they served as the ERP and Business Applications Manager at Sulzer Chemtech Ltd. Hawes has also worked at Infor as a Development Manager, Innovator of Disruptive Technologies, managing and developing five initiatives in the Distribution Business Unit. James has experience as a Web Developer and Conference Manager, having worked at The Navigators and Capstone Solutions, Inc. respectively.
