Anita Whitehead

Chair at Global Impact

Anita Whitehead is the Chair at Global Impact. Anita has over 20 years of experience in the field of international development, grants management, and financial analysis. Anita has worked with organizations on six continents and has helped them generate effective grants and funding projects in over 130 countries. In their previous role as Senior Manager at KPMG, they advised private foundations and public charities on how to develop and administer new grant making programs. Anita has also consulted on the establishment of foreign operations for organizations in other countries. In their role as Manager at Risk Advisory Services, they were responsible for financial management and oversight of grants. Anita has also given presentations on board governance to non-profit organizations throughout the United States.

Anita Whitehead received their certificate in corporate responsibility from the University of Notre Dame - Mendoza College of Business. Anita then went on to get their masters in health administration from Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis. Finally, they completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in psychology from Virginia Tech. Recently, they have also received certification from LinkedIn in collaboration principles and process.
