Yi Hsin Chang

Yi Hsin Chang has a diverse work experience in various industries. They started their career at Schwarzkopf & Henkel USA in 1998, where they worked as an Associate Director until 2004. After that, they joined Raffaello Research Laboratories as the Research & Development Director from 2004 to 2006. Following this, they worked at Beachbody as the Executive Director of Research and Development from 2006 to 2010. In 2010, they became the President of Global Ingredient Solutions, a position they still hold. In addition, they served as a Member of the Royal Society of Chemistry from 1999 to 2010 and as the Chair of the Society of Cosmetic Chemists from 2007 to 2009. Finally, they served as a Board Member of Beauty Industry West from 2012 to 2014.

Yi Hsin Chang completed a Doctor in Pharmacy (Pharm D) degree from USP - Universidade de São Paulo from 1989 to 1994. Later, they pursued an MBA from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School, which they completed in 2005.
