In 2015, they joined EDoors Inc as a Recruitment Manager. Their role involved implementing a new approach to hiring and managing business operations efficiently with cost-effective methods.

Since 2017, Tapas D has been working at Global IT Con LLC. Tapas initially joined as a Client Partner, contributing to the growth of the company through IT consulting and asset management services. Later, they were promoted to the role of Vice President of Sales, where they have been responsible for leading the sales team.
