Previously, Prasanthi held the position of Human Resources Executive at NifsIndia from September 2021 to April 2022. Prasanthi completed a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management and Services from Vignan Institute of Technology and Science in June 2020 and earned a Bachelor of Commerce in Computer Science from Gayatri Vidya Parishad College of Engineering (Autonomous) in May 2018.
