Hayley Lawrance

Hayley Lawrance is the current Director at Global Lithium. Hayley has over 9 years of experience working in the legal field. Hayley started their career as a Consultant in-house lawyer at Sinosteel Midwest Corporation Limited from August 2013 to July 2014. Hayley then worked as Senior Legal Counsel & Company Secretary at Crosslands Resources Ltd from July 2010 to July 2013. After that, they became a Principal at Lawrance Legal from November 2013 to July 2014. In September 2014, they joined Allion Partners Law Firm as Special Counsel, Corporate & Resources and became a Partner, Corporate & Resources in July 2014. Hayley left Allion Partners Law Firm in June 2017 and joined WestCycle in January 2019. Hayley left WestCycle in November 2019 and joined Global Lithium as Director.

Lawrance completed a Master of Counselling at The University of Notre Dame Australia, a Diploma of Family Dispute Resolution at the College of Law, and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB), Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Law and languages at The University of Western Australia. Hayley also has credits towards an LLB in International Law and Legal Studies from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Hayley is certified by Breathe Education in Certificate IV in Mat and Reformer Pilates, by the Australian Institute of Company Directors in the Company Directors Course, and by The University of Western Australia as a Nationally Accredited Mediator.
