Paul Rose

Paul Rose is currently working as the Director of HR & Talent at Global Marine Systems Limited. With previous experience as the Head of HR at the same company and as a Fleet Resourcing Manager, their expertise lies in HR and resourcing for the cable laying fleet. Prior to this, Paul has also held HR management roles at Galliford Try and Brewin Dolphin. With a background in geology and postgraduate studies in personnel/labour studies, Paul has a strong foundation for their extensive career in HR and talent management.
