Melissa MacLean

Melissa MacLean has extensive work experience in the field of compensation and total rewards.

Melissa currently holds the position of Senior Director, Total Rewards at Global Partners LP since July 2022.

Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Compensation at Suffolk Construction from September 2021 to July 2022.

From September 2018 to August 2021, Melissa served as a Senior Implementation Manager at Payscale.

Before joining Payscale, they worked at Signature Healthcare, MA for six years as a Compensation Manager from November 2012 to September 2018.

Melissa also gained valuable experience at The TJX Companies, Inc. where they held roles such as Sr Compensation Analyst, Compensation Analyst, and Associate Compensation Analyst from 2008 to 2012.

Their early career started at State Street as a Collateral Management Representative from 2006 to 2008.
