Tony Rubino

Tony Rubino, P.G., CPSWQ, currently serves as an Environmental Project Manager at Global Partners LP since November 2023. Previously, Rubino held the position of Environmental Manager at Clark Construction Group, LLC, where responsibilities included being a subject matter expert on various environmental and technical issues and training project teams to ensure compliance. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Project Manager at Advantage Environmental Consultants, LLC, overseeing multiple complex environmental projects, and as Environmental Services Manager at ECS Mid-Atlantic, LLC, leading a team of six while also providing quality assurance for environmental reports. Rubino began a career as a Geologist at EA Engineering Science and Technology, focusing on site characterization and remediation. Rubino holds a BS in Geology from PennWest Clarion.
