Nidhi Khattri

Nidhi Khattri is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in monitoring, evaluation, and learning, currently serving as the Manager of Results and Performance at the Global Partnership for Education since August 2017. In this role, Nidhi Khattri leads a team dedicated to these initiatives and oversees Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion efforts within the organization. Prior to this position, Nidhi Khattri worked at the World Bank from December 2001 to July 2017, holding significant roles such as Lead Evaluation Officer and managing an international evaluation capacity development program through CLEAR. During this tenure, Nidhi Khattri led evaluations and contributed to key publications, including the annual Results and Performance of the World Bank Group. Nidhi Khattri has a Ph.D. in Social Psychology with a focus on Research Methods from Columbia University and began their career as a Senior Researcher at the American Institutes for Research, where Nidhi Khattri conducted educational research for the US Department of Education.
