Alex Pratt has a diverse work experience in the field of Information Technology. Alex started their career as a Helpdesk Technician at C7 Data Centers in 2010. Later, they worked as a Supervisor at PC Laptops, managing employees and store operations. In 2011, they joined Vivint as a Desktop Support specialist, handling computer repairs and network tier 1 issues.
From 2015 to 2019, Alex worked at Progrexion as a Technical Support Specialist Tier 2, providing internal IT support and troubleshooting network/server issues. Alex then joined Ancestry as a System Administrator, supporting internal employees with computer equipment and various software, as well as deploying new equipment.
In 2020, Alex worked at INTECROWD LLC as an Information Technology System Administrator, where they managed server maintenance, backups, compliance, security, and accounts within Okta. Alex also worked at Granger Medical Clinic as an Information Technology Support Specialist, responsible for managing application servers, user accounts and access, printers, and medical equipment and software.
Currently, Alex is working at Global Payments Integrated, where they have held multiple roles including Senior Helpdesk Technician, Information Technology Team Lead, and Supervisor Technical Operations.
Alex Pratt attended ITT Technical Institute-Murray from 2007 to 2009, where they obtained an Associate's degree in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications.
