Damon Hofmann has a diverse work experience. Damon currently works as a Client Advocate at Global Payments Integrated since January 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Best Buy starting in 2012 as a Smart Home Designer, where they were responsible for determining customers' needs and providing comprehensive solutions. Damon was later promoted to a Smart Home Specialist/Designer, expanding their knowledge of networking and smart home devices integration. In 2018, they joined MaritzCX as a Tier 1 Support Engineer, troubleshooting technical issues for clients. Before that, Damon worked as a History Teacher at Rockwell Charter High School from 2011 to 2018, following the State Curriculum and teaching multiple classes daily. During a brief period in 2010, they worked as an Hourly Manager at Tucanos Brazilian Grill, overseeing the hiring, training, and scheduling of the wait staff, as well as handling customer needs and restaurant maintenance.

Damon Hofmann obtained a Bachelor's degree in Secondary Education and Teaching from Utah Valley University, attending from 2005 to 2010.
