Jessica MacLean Jones

Jessica MacLean Jones is an experienced professional in client advocacy and operations, currently serving as the Sr Director of International Client Advocacy at Global Payments Inc. since March 2023. Previously, Jessica held the position of Director of Client Success Implementations and Onboarding at Global Payments Integrated from September 2020 to April 2023, and served as Sr Manager of Implementations at OpenEdge from August 2017 to September 2020. Earlier in Jessica's career, notable roles included VP/Director of Operations and Director of Customer Relations and Sales Operations at ZipLocal, as well as Senior Manager of Customer Relations at PDC Pages. Jessica began a career in customer service management at Phone Directories Company, and holds an Associate’s Degree in Massage Therapy/Therapeutic Massage from Provo College-Provo, earned between 1998 and 2000.
