Kristin Horak

Kristin Horak is a seasoned operations leader with extensive experience in analytics and customer engagement solutions, currently serving as Vice President of Operations at Global Payments Inc. since January 2010. Concurrently, Kristin holds the position of Senior Director of Operations at Xenial, a cloud-based restaurant management platform, and at Heartland, a division of Global Payment Systems, overseeing operations in the Gift and Loyalty division. Previously, Kristin was the Regional Director of Recruiting and Training at lucy activewear, where responsibilities included developing training programs and recruiting management teams. Kristin's career began at Hollywood Entertainment, where significant achievements included leading the team that opened over 1,100 stores and enhancing customer satisfaction metrics. Kristin holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Trinity University.
