Ric Powell

Ric Powell currently serves as Senior Vice President of Managed Services at Global Payments Inc., where responsibilities include leading service operations for 70 financial institutions with a focus on Fraud and Disputes, Customer Service, and Loyalty. Prior experience includes roles as Vice President of Operations at VXI Global Solutions, managing a region of eight contact centers, and Vice President of Operations and Shared Services at UnitedHealth Group, driving revenue for healthcare solutions. Ric also held leadership positions at Stream Global Services, overseeing a large BPO operation, and AOL, where strategies for customer service and sales were developed for over 2,500 employees. Ric holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications Studies and Political Science from Virginia Tech.
