Julius Usman has a diverse work experience in the IT and engineering field. Julius started their career in 2016 as a Senior IT Officer at Genting Dream with Dream Cruises, where they worked until April 2017. From July 2017 to March 2018, Julius served as the IT Manager at SuperStar Libra with Star Cruises. In 2018, they joined Global Poin Indonesia as an IT Infrastructure Engineer before progressing to the role of Head of IT & Engineering at the same company. As Head of IT & Engineering, Julius contributed to the company's technological advancements and oversaw the IT department's operations.

Julius Usman obtained their Master's degree in Business Information System from Universitas Gunadarma. Julius pursued their education from 2011 to 2013.
