Tim Mann has a diverse work experience spanning from 1991 to 2016. Tim has held various roles in different companies, focusing on strategic services, sourcing, and procurement.

From 2016 to present, Tim has been working as the Vice President of Strategic Services at Global Power Consulting, Inc. Tim is responsible for providing contract, sourcing, and back office support to the Operations Team. Tim'srole involves negotiating contractual agreements with clients, subcontractors, and vendors, as well as on-boarding new employees and subcontractors.

Prior to that, Tim worked at Pacific Gas and Electric Company from 2010 to 2016. Tim held two roles during this period, namely Supervising Category Lead - IT Sourcing and Senior Category Lead - Software. In these roles, they developed and implemented sourcing strategies, managed the RFx cycle, and led complex competitive events to save costs and improve the source to pay cycle of the company.

Before joining Pacific Gas and Electric Company, Tim worked at CHARLES SCHWAB & CO., INC from 2008 to 2010 as a Senior Manager. Tim'sresponsibilities included managing the Source to Contract function, reducing contingent labor spend, and implementing purchasing policies and procedures.

From 2004 to 2008, Tim worked at Hitachi Consulting as a Global IT Commodity Manager. Tim managed the IT segment of the Source to Pay function for multiple manufacturing facilities and achieved cost savings through coordinating procurement activities and rationalizing the supply base.

Between 1995 and 2004, Tim held various roles at Hexcel Corporation. Tim initially served as the US Supply Chain Manager for the Composite Materials Business Unit, where they managed the Source to Pay function for multiple manufacturing facilities. Later, they became the Corporate Purchasing Compliance Manager, responsible for ensuring compliance in purchasing activities.

Tim started their career at INTELOCK TECHNOLOGIES in 1993 as a Manager, and then moved to TRACOR AEROSPACE in 1991, where they served as the Division Controller.

Tim Mann obtained their MBA in Financial Management from the University of Redlands, completing their studies between 1980 and 1981.
