Michael Lipphardt

Michael Lipphardt serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Global Preparatory Academy since July 2024, bringing extensive experience in organizational strategy execution and educational administration. Previously, Michael held leadership roles at Project Lead The Way, including Vice President of Organizational Strategy Execution and Senior Director of Administration, where responsibilities included strategic planning, cross-functional collaboration, and performance management. At Victory College Prep, Michael worked as Chief of Staff and Director of Operations and Finance, overseeing budgets, compliance, and operational strategies, while also managing the transition to virtual learning during the COVID-19 pandemic. Earlier experience includes senior roles at Lighthouse Academies and Teach For America, focusing on college advising, curriculum development, and educational equity. Michael holds an MBA from the University of Southern Indiana and advanced degrees in school administration and economics/public policy.
