Ignatia Esti Aristaningrum

Ignatia Esti Aristaningrum is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in human resources and training. Currently serving as an Associate Trainer, Career Mentor, and Facilitator at Werkudara Institute since August 2019, and as the Assistant Head of Human Capital Development and Human Resources Development Officer at Global Prestasi School since November 2019. Ignatia is also the Founder of Andrago.id, a platform focused on personal and professional growth, and has contributed as an Assistant Lecturer at Soegijapranata Catholic University from 2016 to 2018. Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Applied Psychology with a focus on Human Resource and Knowledge Management at the University of Indonesia, Ignatia holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Unika Soegijapranata Semarang.
