Felicia Chia

Felicia Chia is the Asia Director at GPCA, where she leads the efforts to expand GPCA’s footprint and membership in Southeast Asia. With a dual role as the Head of Asia based in Singapore. Felicia supports GPCA’s broader programming and advocacy efforts in the region.

Felicia was previously part of the membership and marketing team at GPCA. She graduated from the National University of Singapore with B.A. in Southeast Asian Studies. She is also fluent in Mandarin and Bahasa.
