María Fernanda Botti is currently serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Global Processing, where they lead HR initiatives. Previously, they held the position of HR Manager at Garantizar, focusing on developing organizational potential and achieving strategic goals. Their career began in HR at Grupo Alfa Beta, and they later served as a Senior Consultant at ManpowerGroup in both Argentina and Spain, coordinating recruitment and training efforts for prestigious clients. María Fernanda obtained a degree in Labor Relations from the Universitat de Barcelona and has completed several additional qualifications in organizational sciences and coaching.
