Patricia Furlong

Patricia Furlong has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Patricia currently serves as the President and CEO of Global Processing since November 2020. Prior to this, they were a REF Member at REF, an international organization focused on personal and professional growth for CEOs and executives. Patricia also worked at American Express as the VP and General Manager for Global Commercial Services in Argentina from July 2012 to October 2020. Patricia held the position of Country Manager at Arvato Services, where they provided contact center and CRM services to global and Spanish accounts, respectively. Patricia has also worked at EDS Group as the Business Process Outsourcing Operations Director and later as the Enterprise Shared Services Operations Manager. Patricia started their career at Paradigma Consultores Asociados as a Consulting Manager, specializing in process reengineering, organizational changes, and project management. Prior to that, they worked at Ford Argentina as a Finance/Internal Control Analyst.

Patricia Furlong's education history includes a Bachelor's degree in Social Science and Economics from Colegio Nacional de Buenos Aires. Patricia then pursued a degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing at the University of Buenos Aires. Patricia went on to obtain a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Universidad del CEMA in 1999. In 2004, they completed a Management Development Program (PDD) in Business Administration and Management at IAE Business School. In 2019, Patricia attended Universidad de 'San Andrés' and completed the MIND Executive Program, specializing in Digital Business Management. Patricia also obtained certification in Executive Coaching from IAE Business School in 2022 and participated in the Programa de Formación Directiva at IDEA Escuela de Negocios in 2023.
