Ala Pinckney

Ala Pinckney is currently serving as a SOC Analyst at AdventHealth Medical Group since September 2024. Additionally, Ala has been a Customer Service and Operations Manager at GPS Federal since February 2020 and previously worked as an SAP Training Consultant at NS2 Serves from June 2019 to February 2020. Ala is pursuing a Master of Health Administration with a focus on Analytics at the University of Central Florida, expected to graduate in December 2025. Educational achievements also include a Bachelor's degree in Legal Studies and Marketing from the University of Central Florida (2017-2020), an Associate of Science in Network Engineering and Cyber Security from Valencia College (2015-2017), and courses at the University of South Florida and the Institute for Veterans and Military Families (IVMF).
