After serving in Quality Assurance leadership roles for over 15 years, John Peyton founded Global Q, Inc. to create a QMS product that connects disparate systems intentionally and intelligently. As Co-founder, John utilized his own experience as a user of Quality Management Systems to design and optimize the Optiqs360 user experience. In his role as Chief Customer Officer, John works to focus Global Q, Inc.’s organizational culture around the customer experience, ensuring compliance, and ultimately, improving the quality of patient care.
