Shaza Kandakji

Shaza Kandakji is a seasoned professional in account management and strategic relationships, currently serving as Senior Manager of Enterprise Relationships at Global Relay since July 2023. With prior experience as Director of Strategic Accounts at Ipsos MORI and roles at Synthesio—including Global Project Manager and Senior Account Manager—Shaza has successfully managed large enterprise accounts across various sectors. Early career contributions include significant positions with organizations such as UNDP, the British Council, UNICEF, and IOM, where impactful program and project management skills were developed. Shaza holds a Master of Science in Management, Organisations, and Governance from The London School of Economics and a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature & History of Arts from Damascus University.
