Dr. Georgianna (George) S. serves as Advisory Board Member at Rixon Technology and AMERICAN BINARY, among other organizations, while holding the position of Chief Technologist of the Transformative Cyber Innovation Lab at the Foundation for Defense of Democracies (FDD) since January 2021, focusing on innovative solutions for national security cyber challenges. Additionally, Dr. Georgianna is Co-Chair of the DAD-CDM Project Governing Board at OASIS and a member of the Board of Advisors at The Cyber Hero vCISO Network. Contributions include involvement with the Operational Resilience Framework Task Force at the Global Resilience Federation and providing insights as a Contributor for The CyberWire. Dr. Georgianna has previously engaged with the Cybersecurity Canon and taught as an Adjunct Instructor at Colorado Technical University. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Computer Science from Colorado Technical University, a Master of Science from Regis University, and dual undergraduate degrees in Computer Science and Mathematics from Hawaii Pacific University.

Global Resilience Federation (GRF) is a nonprofit creator and operator of threat information sharing communities. It serves as a hub and integrator for support, analysis, and cross-sector intelligence exchange among information sharing and analysis centers (ISACs), organizations (ISAOs), and computer emergency readiness/response teams (CERTs). GRF’s mission is to help assure the resilience of critical and essential infrastructure against threats that could significantly impact the orderly functioning of the global economy and general safety of the public.
