Adelia Hana

Adelia Hana is a dedicated professional with a diverse background in human resources, workforce transformation, and candidate sourcing, currently serving as a Research Associate and Headhunter at Global Sage since January 2024. Previously, Adelia completed an internship at Deloitte, focusing on talent development for a prominent Indonesian energy enterprise, and contributed to WWF by creating a digital induction program. In leadership roles, Adelia excelled as Vice President of Operations for Universitas Indonesia Women in Business, orchestrating significant events and managing operations. Adelia's experience includes internships at ISS Indonesia, Vooya, and the Indonesia Asian Games 2018 Organizing Committee, complemented by an undergraduate degree in Management from the University of Indonesia and an exchange program at the University of Groningen.
