Nico Ortiz

Nico Ortiz has over two decades of experience in executive search, specializing in investment management and financial services. At Global Sage since 2012, Ortiz focuses on talent search for clients in hedge funds, traditional asset management, and private equity/private credit funds. Prior to this role, Ortiz served as Executive Senior Partner at Lucas Group from 2002 to 2012, concentrating on executive search in structured products, tax, regulatory, accounting, and alternative and renewable energy sectors. Earlier experience includes positions at Options Group and AL Associates, where responsibilities involved recruiting for bulge bracket investment banks in both Tokyo and New York. Ortiz holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from the University of Colorado and a Diploma in French Language and Literature from La Sorbonne.
