Corinne L.

Corinne L. has a diverse work experience starting from their role as a Trainee (Lotus Notes Development) at BASF IT Services in 1993. Corinne then worked as a Software Developer at EIS, a French consultancy company, from 1994 to 1997. Following that, they joined Business Objects as a Support Engineer, providing assistance to customers with their technical issues and needs in the field of business intelligence and reporting tools.

In 2006, Corinne joined JDA Software (formerly Manugistics) as a Technical Support Team Leader, leading a team of 10 members and helping customers resolve issues related to resource planning and supply chain management. Corinne then moved to Amdocs, where they held two roles. First, as an SE Principal Technical Consultant, they were responsible for installing and configuring Amdocs products, demonstrating them to customers, and creating new flows for the sales team. Later, as a Development Support Group Leader, they led a team of 10 in providing post-sales support to customers and managing technical issues.

For the past several years, Corinne has been with CloudSense, where they initially worked as a Sales Engineering Support Manager, implementing ideas and needs of the sales engineers to create demos for the company's suite of products. Later, they transitioned into the role of a Salesforce Implementation Consultant, leading the Infrastructure team and being responsible for provisioning, upgrading, testing, and providing technical support for the Gold org and its clones.

Currently, Corinne is working at Global Savings Group as an Associate Director Sales Operations, a role that began in 2023.

Corinne L. completed their DUT in computing at Le Havre Normandy University from 1990 to 1992. Corinne then went on to pursue a BSC hons in computing at Edinburgh Napier University, which they completed from 1992 to 1994.
