Content Operations Lead – US at Global Savings Group

Leah Steinberg has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Leah started their career as an Editor and reporter for The Wheat Ridge Transcript, where they oversaw content, photography, layout, and production. Leah then worked as a Media Relations Specialist at the University of Denver, focusing on promoting the university's identity through news and feature placement. Leah also held positions at KU Endowment, serving as the Director of Annual Giving and the Assistant Director of Annual Giving. During their time there, they researched, wrote, and edited major gift announcements for the University of Kansas, as well as assisted with media relations and marketing strategies.

Leah's experience also includes working as a Program Coordinator at Kansas Athletics, Inc., where they supervised a tutoring program for at-risk student-athletes and conducted instructional sessions in writing composition and critical analysis. Leah later served as a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Kansas, where they were involved in grant writing and created content for a statewide after-school network's website.

More recently, Leah worked at The 100 Companies as an Editor, Executive Editor, and eventually the Editor In Chief. In these roles, they oversaw the editorial and production processes and teams, developed and managed content for eNewsletters, websites, and social media, and worked with clients to strengthen writing and story ideas. Leah also managed the production of up to 45 eNewsletters a month with a distribution of over 1 million unique addresses.

Currently, Leah works at Global Savings Group as the Content Operations Lead – US. Leah manages SEO-optimized content creation for numerous landing pages on their white label partner publisher pages and leads a team of editors. Leah monitors page performance, analyzes data, creates reports, and tracks various key performance indicators.

Leah Steinberg holds a Master of Education (M.Ed.) degree in Psychology and Research in Education from The University of Kansas, which they obtained from 2003 to 2007. Prior to that, they earned their Bachelor's degree in Journalism from the University of Colorado Boulder, where they studied from 1993 to 1997.
