Tyas Varga

Tyas Varga has a diverse work experience in recruitment and human resources. They started their career at McKinsey & Company as a Recruiter from October 2013 to March 2015. They then joined PwC South East Asia Consulting as a Recruiting and Resourcing Manager from April 2015 to October 2016, where they led the recruiting efforts for Strategy& and PwC Consulting in the Southeast Asia region, established a standardized recruiting framework, and successfully implemented a digital innovation platform called Talent Link. Tyas then moved to KPMG Indonesia as a Human Resources Recruiting Manager from November 2016 to September 2017. They later joined FlixBus as a Recruiter for Business & Tech from September 2019 to August 2021. Currently, Tyas is working for Global Savings Group as a Business Recruiting Lead since August 2021.

Tyas Varga attended the University of Nottingham Malaysia and completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration and Management. Later, Tyas pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in International Business at the Maastricht School of Management. In 2018, Tyas obtained an Executive Certification in Innovation Management from RWTH Aachen University.
