Amy Moran

Amy Moran has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Amy started their career as an Electrical Engineer at NASA/Goddard Space Flight Center in 1990, where they worked until 1997. Following that, they interned as a Technical Director at Will Vinton Studios in 1999.

Amy then transitioned into the animation industry, joining Pixar Animation Studios in 2000 as a Lighting Technical Director. Amy remained with Pixar until 2006. During their time there, they gained valuable experience in technical aspects of animation production.

In 2006, Amy joined Voice of America as a TV Production Specialist until 2008. Amy then joined the National Library of Medicine as an Animator, where they worked from 2008 to 2015.

Amy's most recent work experience includes roles as a Scientific Data Visualizer at both NASA Goddard Space Flight Center and Global Science & Technology, Inc. These positions, which they have held since 2015, reflect their expertise in visualizing scientific data.
