Belinda Braley

Belinda Braley, SHRM-SCP, is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as Chief People Officer and Vice President of Human Resources, Diversity & Inclusion at Global Seafood Alliance since 2018, Belinda leads strategic HR initiatives and provides consultation across the organization. Additionally, Belinda has been an Adjunct Faculty Instructor at the University of New Hampshire since October 2021, focusing on real-world HR education. Previous roles include Vice President of Human Resources at Private Jet Services and Chief Human Resource Officer at GreenPages Technology Solutions, where Belinda was instrumental in developing HR processes and embedding corporate culture. Early in the career, as Director of Human Resources & Facilities at Nucryst Pharmaceuticals, Belinda implemented HR strategies for a startup environment. Belinda holds a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership from Southern New Hampshire University and a Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Sciences from the University System of NH, College for Lifelong Learning.
