Jason Minnick

Jason Minnick is an experienced security consultant and entrepreneur with a diverse background in private security, sales, and project management. Currently, Jason serves as the Owner of TSS, focusing on private security consulting since September 2023. Prior to this role, Jason owned Fusion Networks LLC, which specialized in executive protection and security services from August 2014 to December 2022. Jason also has experience in sales and business development as the Director of Sales at Washington Tower Farm from January 2019 to September 2022. Earlier in their career, Jason worked as a Project Manager at Black Box, overseeing network and telecommunications projects from January 2012 to April 2014, and as a Training Specialist at Sensor Technologies Inc., where responsibilities included new equipment training for the C5ISR DoD program. Jason's foundational experience includes service in the US Army from August 2001 to June 2008, where roles included fire team leader and tactical surveillance in the 2/75 Ranger Regiment. Jason holds an education from Central Washington University.
