Honeyrock Ingram has a diverse work experience that spans across multiple industries and roles. They began their career in 2006 as a Recruiting Coordinator at Deutsche Bank, where they partnered with senior recruiters to enhance recruiting and retention ratios. They then worked as a Diversity Campus Recruiter at Merrill Lynch, focusing on UT Austin, USC, Harvard, UPenn, and MIT. Honeyrock also managed the national recruiting strategy for Merrill Lynch's Latino Professional Network.
In 2009, Honeyrock joined Fidelity Investments as a Senior Executive Administrator, providing administrative and production support to the Defined Benefits Consulting team. They spearheaded an organizational restructuring project for the Credit & Market Risk team and managed client billing.
From 2011 to 2013, Honeyrock served as a Diversity Campus Recruiter at KPMG, overseeing the national Corporate Management Intern program in the Northeast. They created and facilitated training programs and conducted talent review meetings.
In 2013, Honeyrock became the Manager of Human Resources at The Buccaneer Hotel, where they managed recruiting and performance management for all hotel departments. They provided advice on employment and regulatory compliance.
Following that, Honeyrock worked as a Destination Planner at Inspirato, overseeing property operations in St. Croix.
In 2018, they joined Capital One as a Career Development Center Administrative Assistant/Coordinator, where they supported two locations and exceeded expectations in calendar coordination and general office functions.
Most recently, Honeyrock worked at the Global Semiconductor Alliance from 2019 to the present. They held various roles in member relations and university programs management, fostering global relationships, managing member communication and benefits, and creating programming for tech conferences.
Honeyrock Ingram completed their Master of Science degree in Organizational Development/Human Resource Education at Fordham University in 2012. Before that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Government & Politics from St. John's University in 2002. In 2000-2001, Honeyrock also participated in a Study Abroad program at the University of Havana, focusing on Politics & Society.
