Mike Childers

Mike Childers has extensive experience in customer service and financial planning. Currently serving as a Service Desk Associate at Global Shares since November 2020, Mike previously worked as a Customer Service Representative at IDEMIA IDENTITY & SECURITY USA LLC, assisting clients with fingerprinting appointments for background checks between April 2018 and August 2020. Prior experience includes a position as Lead Customer Service Representative at UBS from March 2001 to April 2009, where Mike managed escalated client calls and earned the Customer Service Excellence Award in 2006. Earlier in a 18-year sales career, Mike worked with various companies, providing personal financial planning and investment services. Mike holds a Master of Fine Arts from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and a Bachelor of Fine Arts from West Virginia University.
