Ashwin D' Souza

Ashwin D'​ Souza is an experienced professional in the field of information systems and technology. Currently serving as the Continuous Improvement Lead and previously as a Programmer Analyst at Global Shop Solutions since June 2017, Ashwin has demonstrated expertise in enhancing operational efficiency. Prior to this role, Ashwin worked as a Graduate Assistant at the University of Arkansas from August 2016 to June 2017, assisting in research and course development for the Data Analytics course. Ashwin's earlier experience includes a position as Senior Engineer at Invesco US, where responsibilities included the design, implementation, and management of identity management, security, and server infrastructure from September 2012 to July 2016. Ashwin holds a Master’s Degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Arkansas - Sam M. Walton College of Business and a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Bharat Institute of Engineering and Technology.
