Mark Young

Mark Young is an accomplished Program Manager and Senior Operations Consultant at Global Shop Solutions, where responsibilities include overseeing the implementation of the ERP system, conducting state analyses, and providing tailored training and solutions to enhance operational efficiency. Previously, Mark served as a Manufacturing Engineer at American Block, focusing on training staff in new protocols and developing custom reports for management. Additionally, Mark worked as a 3D Modeling Technician at Lackland AFPDS Stereolithography lab, leading the design of a patented tracheotomy pressure relief valve. Mark holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical and Manufacturing Engineering Technology from Texas A&M University, a Master's degree in Engineering/Industrial Management from the University of Texas at Tyler, and Associate's degrees in Engineering and Business Administration from Northwest Vista College.
